Tiger Shark against the Cayo Western Ballaz

Tiger Shark fans get ready for Game 1 of the NEBL Finals coming up this Sunday on the home court at 1:30pm. All fans Make sure to come out and support the basketball players which they will be playing against the Cayo Western Ballaz. From Bawdsey to Belize: Ipswich Harrier Katy to return for the Commonwealth games

Ipswich Harrier Katy a born Belizean was picked to participate on the athletes to present on the Commonwealth small fishing in Glasgow, next month through her Belizean born dad David which was picked on a handful of athletes. 
The previous presenter ex-Farlingaye High School pupil was one of the athletes presenting Belize. But, while competing four year's ago at the games in India he suffered  extreme pain injury which made  Ipswich Harrier Katy join the heptathlon.
Her chance at the age of 23, stronger and better Sealy has a better chance to win the race which will not stop her with the pleasure feeling when the game starts on July 29.
On last month's game she scored SP 1 Katy Sealy UWIC 10.31100m,  H 1 Katy Sealy UWIC 16.2,  800m 1 Katy Sealy UWIC 2.37.4, 200m 1 KatySealy UWIC 28.2; 2 Yvonne Holmes; Ipswich Harriers 30.8. Katie Peake Winning on 5th place on the recent game resulting  18 minutes:55 seconds. She won at 5th but she says that the game is not over. She is willing to go ahead and win the medal. 
“I competed in Delhi but I did not finish. Fingers crossed I will this time,” said Sealy, who competes in the Central American Senior Athletics Championships, in Honduras, next week. I tore my glute muscle while competing in the high jump but I still managed to jump a personal best, despite being in a lot of pain. I came back and did the shot put but there was no way I would have then been able to run the 200 metres so I had to pull out, which was disappointing.   
She is one of the youngest athletes entered four year's ago. And her four year's of experience she will complete her unfinished games. She said she will feel happier that she will finish the game and aiming hire to beat her (heptathlon) personal best scores
One of the heptathlon Olympic gold medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill will be a notice absentee while Sheffielder is pregnant. While one of the athletes that moved to third place Great Britain’s Katarina Johnson-Thompson will be involved, having just moved to third on the British list.  in British all-time (heptathlon points) which leaves behind  Ennis-Hill third place and 2000 Olympic champion Denise Lewis. 
Sealy says is going for and for Belize to win her best score but not really win the medal. I want to break my personal best. I never quite made the England team as a junior but the chance to represent Belize is an opportunity I have got to take.
“A couple of the athletes are miles ahead of me,” admitted Sealy, a member of the Harriers since she was 14.
Jessica Ennis-Hill is at another level and then you have Johnson-Thompson who is a class competitor.
